General Responsibilities
Maintain office building, or other commercial building in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on job site assigned to.
Shift : Fridays ONLY 8:00am to 2:30pm
Specific Duties / Essential Functions
Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas.
Cleaning and restocking restrooms.
Empty trash cans around the property and replace trash bags.
Cleaning corridors and stairwells.
Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting/wiping down all surfaces.
Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
Operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines.
Cleans and polishes furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures.
Perform End of Shift Inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met at the end of each shift.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Maintain janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
Proficiency in English will enhance your ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and clients, ensuring smooth operations.
Skills & Experience
While not mandatory, proficiency in English is highly recommended to perform the responsibilities of this role effectively. We are committed to creating an inclusive work environment that values diversity.
Open availability: Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required.

Physical Requirements
Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs., and carry 12 lbs. backpack vacuum, as needed.
