Maintain office buildings, or other commercial buildings, in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on the job site assigned. Schedule
Full-time Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay:
$21 - $23 per hour Specific Duties / Essential Functions
Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas. Cleaning and restocking restrooms. Emptying trash cans around the property and replacing trash bags. Cleaning corridors and stairwells. Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting and wiping down all surfaces. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. Operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable). Cleaning and polishing furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures. Restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Maintaining janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition. Periodically cleaning overhead vents and dusting blinds. Proficiency in English will enhance collaboration and communication with colleagues and clients. Perform End of Shift inspections (EOS) following company guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards at the end of each shift. Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Skills & Experience
Proficiency in English is helpful for effective collaboration (not mandatory). Open availability; overtime, schedule adjustments, and holiday work may be required. Applicants must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I9 and E-Verify process. Physical Requirements
Physically able to be on your feet for an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift 35 lbs and carry a 12 lb backpack vacuum as needed. Good hygiene skills are required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Requirements
