to join the
Food and Beverage
Team at this Atlanta property. Location: Atlanta, GA. This role is Full‑Time with a shift schedule that varies and requires availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. What you will be doing
Deliver and serve food and beverage items to guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner as part of the hotel’s ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Set up room service trays and tables for incoming orders. Retrieve checks, set tables to specifications, retrieve food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar, and deliver to guest rooms and meeting rooms. Serve meals to guests, collect guest trays, and respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner. Present checks to guests and obtain payment; return payments/signed checks to the order taker. Perform order taker duties and answer the room service telephone as needed. Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations. Qualifications
Prior experience in a luxury in‑room dining establishment is preferred. Ability to work in a safe, prudent and organized manner. In‑depth knowledge of food and preparation; good knowledge of wine. Ability to relate to all levels of guests and management; ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Excellent communication and organization skills; ability to consistently delight and satisfy guests and handle guest requests in a detailed manner. Read, write and speak English proficiently. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ability to work a flexible schedule and accommodate shift requirements. Additional information
