You’ll join a fast-growing, internationally recognized organization committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration.**The Role**As a **Customer Service Associate,** you will be part of the **EMEA Customer Service team**, where you will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer requests. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring a positive and smooth experience throughout the sales and after-sales cycle.**Key responsibilities** * Manage commercial relationships with assigned foreign customers.* Collaborate with company departments (production, administration, logistics, and shipping, quality control) to meet customer requests.* Support the Sales team in the operational management of customers.* Participate in the organization and management of internal and external company events.* Enter and monitor customer orders.* Manage after-sales activities: resolving issues related to shipping, products, complaints, returns, and warranties.* Ensure proper administrative management and maintaining commercial relationships.* Independent management of shipments: contacting carriers, preparing documentation (packing lists, customs clearance, non-EEC shipments), invoicing.* Payment reminders.* First-level technical support to customers in collaboration with the technical team.**Requirements*** Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar customer service or order management role.* Education: Master’s degree in foreign Languages, preferably with a specialization in economics or business.* Languages: Fluency in English and German is essential.
