As an Executive Recruiter you manage both the candidate and client sides, executing full life‑cycle direct hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professionals across various industries. You focus on existing clients, identify new ones, interview candidates and match them with their dream organizations and careers. You bring urgency, performance, and career growth opportunities to the role. About you
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience considered in lieu of a degree High level adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities Team‑player with a collaborative mindset Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed Driven and thrive in a fast paced environment Friendly competitive spirit and a winning mentality Ability to work in a remote based or hybrid model work environment Exhibit the 4 H’s: Honesty, Helpfulness, Human Connection and Hopeful Spirit Why choose us?

Salary and Benefits
Anticipated salary: $50,000‑$70,000 base; plus incentive compensation. California $70,304; Colorado $57,783.96‑$70,000; New York City, Long Island, Westchester $66,300‑$70,000; New York other locations $62,353.20‑$70,000; Washington $80,168.40. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, term life, AD&D, short‑term and long‑term disability, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, 401(k) or deferred compensation. Paid leave: PTO up to 152 hours/year, 10 paid holidays, 1 community service day, up to 6 weeks paid parental leave. PTO and holiday hours prorated based on hire date each calendar year. Posting date
