From day one, you will participate in our best-in-class remote training program. The New Colleague Training (NCT) is a paid, interactive program. While participating in the NCT, you will have support from colleagues and guidance from your Training Manager, with daily connections in a virtual classroom. NCT combines group instruction with autonomy to thrive on your own. After graduating from NCT, you will have the option to work from home or in a hybrid model, with ongoing support from your Manager and team while you work autonomously and safely from home. What you’ll be doing

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team focusing on both the Candidate and the Client. You will manage both sides of the desk, helping Clients and Candidates Thrive. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. This role requires urgency, a focus on existing Clients and identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with their dream organizations and careers. Bachelor\'s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan. Anticipated Salary: California – $70,304 Colorado – $57,783.96 - $70,000 New York City, Long Island, and Westchester Counties - $66,300 - $70,000 New York- All Other Locations - $62,353.20 - $70,000 Washington - $80,168.40 Posting date: 10-06-2025
