What you’ll be doing

As an Executive Recruiter, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on both the Candidate and the Client. You will manage both sides of the desk, helping clients and candidates thrive. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients. This role requires urgency, a focus on existing clients, identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with the right organizations and careers. About you

Bachelor\'s degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
