Job Overview This training role prepares the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager position. The trainee supports sales initiatives, provides route coverage during ASM absences, and maintains customer relationships across all off‑premise stores.

Responsibilities

Assist the ASM in route coverage during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects.

Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format off‑premise stores.

Execute daily sales plans and KPI metrics focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.

Support audits, blitz, display building, and merchandising to drive sales business.

Cover ASM routes as needed and communicate daily priorities with ASM/DSM.

Obtain and utilize tools (insights, displays, POS, pricing, etc.) for daily plan execution.

Train with ASM and adhere to global strategy for in‑store execution measured by Winning vs Competition (WVC) and Perfect Store Audit (PSA).

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record and DOT driving standards.

DOT medical card and meet DOT medical card requirements.

At least 21 years of age.

Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory/or advertising displays.

Travel 0‑10%.
