We are seeking an enthusiastic and analytical Junior Trader to join our supply and Trading team. You will assist senior traders in executing trades, conducting market analysis, and supporting the management of trading positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in energy markets, specifically petroleum, along with the desire to learn about trading strategies and risk management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Role, Your Impact

Review & hedge bulk supply. Be back up on execution for the Merc Desk.

Manage hedge position

Work with marketing team on strategy and communication

Enter transfer prices

Review RA/Tableau reports

Review risk position reconciliation

Deem dates with counterparties

Support and recommend trade ideas

Assess how to resolve ad hoc business issues

Collaborate with Marketing, accounting, risk, etc.

Trade Input

Review open lines of credit

Work with credit to resolve issues

Qualifications

1-3 years experience in finance, risk management, or accounting preferred

Prior experience in trading is a plus

Experience in RightAngle is a plus

Excellent attention to detail

Time management

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Strong communication skills

Ability and desire to learn petroleum markets and trading

Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration or related field

Pay Range $118,300.00 - $177,400.00
