Financial Recovery Services is seeking qualified Account Manager candidates.
This position is responsible for contacting consumers with past due accounts, attempting to collect outstanding debts by negotiating repayment plans, maintaining detailed records of collection efforts, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws while professionally interacting with consumers to recover overdue payments.

This is an on-site position in a professional office environment. You’ll be seated at a workstation with a headset and computer, making and receiving calls throughout the day. Some flexibility is expected, including occasional evening or weekend hours to maximize contact opportunities. As an Account Recovery Specialist, You’ll:
Manage an assigned list of past-due accounts and follow up via phone and email Help customers understand and resolve outstanding balances Use our
Collection Resource System (CRS)
to record conversations and update accounts Track progress and work toward individual and team collection goals Use skip tracing tools to locate updated contact information when needed Ensure compliance with the
Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
and other state laws Don’t Have Experience? No Problem! We provide
paid training
to help you: Understand FDCPA and state regulations Learn our collections software and tools (CRS, CBR, Fast Data) Build confidence handling consumer calls Develop a plan for career advancement within FRS Are confident on the phone and enjoy talking to people Stay organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused Thrive in a performance-driven environment Are open to feedback and eager to learn new systems Speak Spanish?
