Arrigo CDJR is actively seeking a high-performing
BDC Manager
to lead and grow our Business Development team. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong income potential and a great work environment.
Income potential: $150,000 - $250,000.
What we're looking for:
proven self-starter with a strong work ethic
Exceptional leadership skills; ability to manage and motivate a team of 6-8
Strong communication and phone skills
Highly organized with excellent follow-through
Ability to consistently exceed performance expectations
proficient with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft office
Positive, high-energy work environment
