Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Execution - Design, plan, and execute multi-channel campaigns (including events, organic, paid search, social media, email, and webinars) to drive leads and build the sales pipeline. Content and Program Development - Develop content strategy and manage execution through internal and external resources. Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, Partners, and Product Marketing to ensure messaging consistency, enablement, and alignment of go-to-market strategy with campaigns and growth objectives. Optimization - Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and use data to improve results and maximize ROI. Data Analysis and Reporting - Track and report key performance metrics, including leads > MQLs > SQLs > Opportunities, attribution, influence, cost, and effectiveness. Budget Management - Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across campaigns and channels. People Management - Lead and manage a team, including internal staff and contractors, to execute campaigns, design assets, and deliver content supporting marketing goals. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, ideally within a SaaS or tech company. Proven experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement, reporting, and ROI optimization. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and digital marketing tools. Experience managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading both internal teams and external contractors. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across Sales, Product Marketing, and Partners. Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Preferred
