CMMC SALES HUNTER POSITION – ROCHESTER NY
Dox Electronics Inc. is looking for a salesperson to sell consulting services and products to Defense Industrial Base companies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in sales. You will be targeting companies that provide products or services to the Department of Defense and are required to meet CMMC Level 1 or Level 2 certification. To be successful, you will need to be persistent, think creatively, and be resourceful.

Job Description As a CMMC Sales Hunter, you will be focused on cold calling Defense Industrial Base companies to assist them in becoming CMMC certified. Your primary objectives will be selling them a gap assessment, delivering the results of the assessment, and assisting them with the remediation of any gaps discovered. Key to your success is your ability to understand the unique business requirements of the Defense Industrial Base companies with respect to CMMC and other key Department of Defense requirements of companies that receive Controlled Unclassified Information.
Position Responsibilities
Growing a pipeline of prospective customers
Developing new business opportunities
Converting leads into sales
Follow up on existing quotes and proposals to further the sales process
Setting and meeting sales goals and objectives with leadership
Preparing and delivering client proposals
Cultivating and maintaining client accounts
Maintaining company CRM with accurate data
Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
Assisting with marketing events and driving attendance
Working cooperatively with other team members
Skills and Experience
Proven use of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices to drive and close new sales
Positive attitude, multitasking, and great interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly learn and process information
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to facilitate and arrange high-level meetings, build pipelines, and execute deals
Strong consulting, CRM, pipeline management, follow-up, and closing skills
Ability to communicate technical information as relevant to business solutions
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with minimal direction
Consultative solution sales approach and mindset with the ability to offer perspective and overcome objections
Knowledge of Information Technologies concepts including technology services, and cybersecurity concepts a plus
Compensation
Salary plus a lucrative commission plan!
