Develop and implement marketing and social media strategies to achieve business goals.
Manage online sales initiatives to increase direct bookings, optimize customer journeys, and drive revenue.
Plan and manage paid media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
Analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights and regular reports.
Manage content creation, campaigns, and influencer collaborations to showcase the hotel’s unique experiences.
Oversee annual online marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources.
Assist Marketing Communication and PR and collaborate with Sales and F&B teams to align campaigns with promotions and key events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in marketing and e-commerce, ideally in luxury hospitality.
Strong expertise in SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content creation, and campaign management.
Proficiency in analytics and e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, booking platforms).
Excellent communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
Experience in budget management and cost control.
Creative, analytical, and results‑driven, with a passion for luxury hospitality.
Experience in a business hotel location will be an added advantage.
