The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an experienced, skilled Regional Director of Operations to our Cura Hospitality team. This is a hybrid role & requires frequent travel. As a Regional Director of Operations, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple healthcare dining accounts. Ensures company strategy and direction is communicated and understood by all staff. Provides Leadership and direction to District Management.
What you'll be doing:
Managing accounts within healthcare systems to ensure compliance with client, company, and government standards.
Managing planning, budget analysis, and reporting for the districts.
Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote their consistent application.
Ensuring client satisfaction is at a high level.
Assisting with new sales pursuits; working with Sales on all new business proformas to ensure operational acceptability.
Developing and executing a succession plan for all Management in the Districts; ensuring all required training is completed in the Districts.
Ensuring all marketing and promotion programs/plans are executed throughout the Districts.
Representing the Company at national conferences, SNA, and school administrative conferences.
Participating in Back to School trainings for team members and at Parent Nights across Region as needed.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Vice President of Operations.
What we're looking for: Must-haves:
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or 7 Years’ experience in Business and /or Food Serve/Hospitality.
7 Years food service experience, knowledge of school food service, and federal regulations is required.
Must be able to travel 50-75% of time.
Responsible for operations of over 20M in annual revenue or more.
Nice-to-haves:
ServSafe certification
Experience with Nutrislice or another digital menu system
Where you'll be working: Managing accounts in LA, MS, TX, AL, and FL
