Calculate required coverages and offer optional payment methods. Establish collaborative relationships with prospective clients from networking, referrals, and outreach activities. Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients’ personal risk profiles. Complete administrative tasks related to New Business activities. Explain the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans. Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or insurance companies. Respond to clients’ insurance-related questions and issues. P/C license is desirable but not required. Requirements
1-3 years of experience in insurance sales. In-depth knowledge of different types of insurance plans including vehicle, home, and life business. Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Insurance Policy Management System software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation
Compensation overview: monthly base compensation of $2,500 to $3,500, plus draw against commission contingent upon meeting minimum production requirements, plus commission. About Johns Agency LLC
