Millwork Sales Specialist - Massachusetts

Role You Will Play In this role, the Millwork Specialist will focus on 100% customer satisfaction while working with builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners. You will utilize your expertise in Millwork, Architectural Mouldings, Stairparts, Windows, and Doors to assist each customer with their project needs. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone or walk-in, assessing customer’s needs, determining product availability, preparing quotes and estimates, and providing appropriate pricing and order entry.
