Marketing Web Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join the marketing team as Marketing Web Designer. The role of Marketing Web Designer is a versatile one that balances technical thinking with creative design. You will work closely with the marketing team to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our product line and brand on our website and other marketing mediums. About the Role: The Marketing Web Designer is a hybrid role ideal for someone with 2–5 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining professional websites on WordPress; implementing SEO best practices for B2B websites; and executing light graphic design work. Key Responsibilities: WordPress Development and Website Management Maintain and customize our WordPress website, including themes, plugins, and page templates Ensure website performance, security, responsiveness, and uptime Troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and manage ongoing site improvements Collaborate with the team to launch new pages and features SEO & Website Optimization Execute SEO best practices Optimize site speed, mobile performance, and user experience Support keyword implementation and content optimization efforts Monitor basic SEO performance metrics Graphic Design Create light graphic design assets for website, landing pages, and marketing campaigns Support design needs for email marketing, social media, and advertisements as needed Ensure visual consistency across all mediums and website as per brand guidelines Make minor design updates and refinements quickly and efficiently Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of professional experience in WordPress development and/or web design Familiarity with GoDaddy hosting Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Ability to balance technical tasks with creative work Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and time management skills Nice to Have Skills Experience working with analytics tools or marketing automation platforms What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Hybrid work schedule Collaborative team environment Thank you for your interest, but we are not working with external recruiters or agencies for this role.
