Adecco is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for an insurance company in Brandywine, MD. This is a contract-to-hire role with long-term potential, and we're looking to move quickly for the right fit. Location: Brandywine, MD (must have reliable transportation
not metro accessible) Pay: $17/hr Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday | 8:00 AM5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent support Process orders, paperwork, and data entry Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues Assist with preparations for auction days Perform clerical duties including filing and documentation Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years work experience High-volume call center/customer service experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation is required Perfect attendance is expected OT may be required Preferred: Dispatch experience Typing speed of 30+ WPM Benefits: Adecco offers medical, dental, vision, and other benefits after one week of employment.
