Your job is to build trust fast, qualify hard, and move the right candidates into Step 1 of the franchise process. Compensation: Base: $4,500/month ($54,000/year) Bonus: $15 per qualified candidate who completes Step 1 Example pace (5 Step 1/day): $1,500/month bonus ? $72,000/year total What You'll Do: Run 20-minute discovery calls using a proven deck Build rapport and lead structured conversations Qualify/disqualify candidates (financials, goals, fit) Drive Step 1 completion and forward momentum Track CRM notes, follow-ups, pipeline activity Reactivate warm/inactive leads Hit daily activity + conversion targets Ideal Background: Relationship-based sales (inside/consultative/franchise) Confident communicator, fast trust-builder Comfortable saying yes or no Organized, CRM-driven, accountable Flexible work from home options available.
