Compensation

Base:

$4,500/month ($54,000/year)

Bonus:

$15 per qualified candidate who completes

Step 1

Example pace (5 Step 1/day):

$1,500/month bonus

What You’ll Do

Run

20-minute discovery calls

using a proven deck

Build rapport and lead structured conversations

Qualify/disqualify candidates (financials, goals, fit)

Drive Step 1 completion and forward momentum

Track CRM notes, follow-ups, pipeline activity

Reactivate warm/inactive leads

Hit daily activity + conversion targets

Ideal Background

Relationship-based sales (inside/consultative/franchise)
