Sales Enrollment Agent
As a Sales Enrollment Agent at Fresh Path Financial, you will be responsible for assisting individuals seeking debt relief by enrolling them into our debt settlement programs. You will serve as a knowledgeable and empathetic point of contact for prospective clients, helping them understand their options and guiding them through the enrollment process. Essential Functions Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their financial situation, understand their debt issues, and explain our debt settlement programs. Education and Guidance: Provide clear and comprehensive information about the debt settlement process, including potential benefits and risks, to help clients make informed decisions. Enrollment Process: Assist clients in completing the enrollment paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure that the enrollment process is conducted ethically and within legal boundaries. Client Advocacy: Act as a liaison between clients and the negotiation team, advocating for the best possible outcomes for clients while maintaining transparency and communication throughout the process. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records, including enrollment forms, financial statements, and communication logs. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with leaders, other team members, and customer support, to ensure seamless and efficient client experience. Qualifications and Skills Established work experience or College Degree Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand and influence Ability to receive constructive criticism Experience effectively managing Salesforce is preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and exhibit quality work in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time - 1099 Compensation: Base salary per month plus unlimited commission - Top agents making $12k+/month Daily / weekly/ monthly BONUSES!
