Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Advisor role located in Greater Orlando. The Beauty Advisor will provide exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities include assisting customers with personalized beauty recommendations, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining the store's visual standards. The role also involves contributing to retail sales goals, supporting skin care consultations, and ensuring a welcoming and positive in-store experience.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Cosmetology and Skin Care principles
Expertise in Product Knowledge and the ability to demonstrate effective use of products
Customer Service skills and the ability to provide personalized recommendations
Experience in Retail Sales and working in a beauty-oriented retail environment
Passion for sustainable and environmentally friendly beauty products
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and adaptable hours as needed
Previous experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus
