This is an on-site role for a Beauty Consultant, located in key markets in TN & KY. (Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Louisville, Lexington.) The Beauty Consultant will be responsible for advising customers on skincare and beauty products, demonstrating product benefits, and offering personalized recommendations. Responsibilities also include maintaining product knowledge, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to in-store promotions and events. The consultant will aim to create a memorable shopping experience for customers and support sales goals. Qualifications
Strong knowledge and expertise in skincare and beauty products Customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized product recommendations and build lasting client relationships Sales and retail experience, including achieving targets and maximizing store sales Communication skills, including active listening and effectively addressing customer inquiries Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced retail setting A keen interest in beauty, fashion, and trends High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in beauty, cosmetology, or related fields is a plus
