Responsibilities
Read and follow a plan‑ogram to complete reset and remodel work, including new item placement, void corrections, and special merchandising activities.
Move and clean shelves, install new racks and shelving, display merchandise properly, attach tags, verify date codes, and process pack‑outs, restocks, and reorders.
Partner with store personnel and co‑workers to maintain merchandising excellence and build effective working relationships.
Prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to reset and remodel tasks.
Perform job safely with full awareness of surroundings, using proper safety techniques and equipment.
Understand and follow Acosta policies and standard operating procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of experience reading and using planograms; retail and reset responsibility experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to build relationships with business partners.
Comfortable using technology (smartphones, computers, handheld devices).
Strong core competencies: quality commitment, detail orientation, customer service, communication skills.
Proficiency with web‑based applications for work availability, assignment acceptance, documentation, time tracking, mileage, expenses, and training.
Willing and able to work in cold environmental conditions for limited periods.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, decision‑making, and leadership skills.
MUST be at least 21 years of age due to travel program requirements.
Travel required, with overnight stays up to 75‑100% of the time; occasional weekend work may be required.
