We already have customers, revenue, and momentum. Now we’re looking for a Head of Sales who’s been a few chapters ahead — someone who has scaled from early traction to €10M+ ARR and knows what’s coming next.
What You’ll Do
- Own revenue growth end-to-end. From pipeline to forecast to closing — the numbers are yours.
- Scale what already works. Take early traction and turn it into a structured, repeatable sales motion.
- Lead and grow the sales team. Coach our small team and hire the next wave as we scale.
- Be hands-on where it matters. You’ll still close strategic deals while building systems that scale beyond you.
- Design and evolve GTM strategy. ICPs, pricing, outreach, sales cycles, and channels.
- Build the machine. Playbooks, KPIs, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and clear accountability.
- Partner with leadership. Be a sparring partner to the CEO on commercial strategy and growth decisions.
- Stay close to the market. Turn customer insights into better positioning and stronger conversion.
- Develop yourself. This role should evolve to a CRO overtime.
