Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $100.00 to $125.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.
- Perform second-level reviews of provision workpapers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for public company financial statements and SEC-related tax disclosures.
- Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, International Tax, and Indirect Tax teams to resolve tax matters.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responses to inquiries.

- Collaborate effectively across departments to support seamless tax operations and reporting.
Qualifications
- Hold Big Four public accounting experience combined with in-house corporate tax experience at a public company.
- Maintain strong knowledge of ASC 740 and U.S. GAAP tax provision requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency with NetSuite and advanced Excel skills to support manual and automated tax processes.
- Possess excellent communication skills and proven success working cross-functionally.
- Hold a CPA license or an advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax preferred.
