This role is primarily focused on relationship management, with a strong emphasis on building, nurturing, and sustaining long-term partnerships for Idea Helix. The ideal candidate comes from a software sales background, is highly proactive, and excels at engaging senior stakeholders within the Salesforce and Salesforce partner ecosystem.
You will represent Idea Helix as a trusted advisor—someone who walks the talk, understands the ecosystem deeply, and strengthens both existing and future relationships through credibility, confidence, and consistent engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience in sales or business development
- Prior experience as a Salesforce BDR is highly desirable
- Demonstrated readiness to move into a closing or full-cycle sales role
