- Vital Factor Team Meeting Facilitation (Client Monthly Executive Team Meetings)
- Business Development including but not limited to lead generation, referral generation, prospect client meetings, prospect client demos, attendance at industry events
- Workshop Facilitation
- Digital Support (Set-Up, Onboarding, Troubleshooting)
- Consulting Services with clients including but not limited to Coaching Sessions, Strategic Planning Sessions, One-Day Programs, Team Building Sessions, etc.
Expectations
- Revenue (VFT Meetings, Consulting, Workshop & Coaching)
- Digital Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and/or Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Client Retention %
- Client NPS %
- To meet professional and quality standards set forth by MAP.
Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ Years as a C-Suite Executive, CEO, President, General Manager, Partner, Owner
- Knowledge of G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) and/or Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Knowledge of Financial Statements (P&L/Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flow, etc.) required
- Experience with CRM systems, and other SAAS platforms a plus
