Senior Digital Product Manager / Product Owner Telecom Customer Solutions Portal (CSP)

Location: Stanford, CA 94305 (Onsite from Day One)

Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the evolution of a Telecom Customer Solutions Portal (CSP). This role blends Product Management and Product Ownership, driving customer‑centric digital experiences through strong backlog ownership, market research, stakeholder collaboration, and agile delivery execution.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience working with Jira, Figma, agile delivery teams, and customer‑facing digital platforms, with the ability to translate business strategy into high‑impact product features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the product and delivery backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Define, refine, and manage user stories from intake through acceptance
  • Partner with Product Managers, UX, Engineering, and Stakeholders to shape product strategy
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends and opportunities
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, capacity, risks, and dependencies to leadership
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, stand‑ups, and quarterly planning
  • Sign off on completed features and communicate trade‑offs and release impacts
  • Create release communications and lead product demos
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities across product and delivery processes

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)

  • 10+ years overall experience in Digital Product Management / Product Ownership
  • 4+ years as a Digital Product Manager
  • 4+ years hands‑on experience using Jira, Figma, and Agile delivery tools
  • Strong experience owning customer‑facing digital portals or platforms
  • Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable user stories
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using data, analytics, and customer feedback to guide decisions
