Regional Sales Manager/Director – Banking ( Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL)
Join a High-Growth Banking Software Sales Team. We’re seeking a driven, high-energy Regional Sales Director to join a fast-paced, high-growth software sales team in the US. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven enterprise software sales professional to own the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and drive new business in the Banking and Financial Services sector .
Travel Requirements: This position requires extensive travelling in the area for business reasons.
What You’ll Do
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets through new business acquisition in Banking & FS
- Build and manage end-to-end sales processes independently
- Engage senior decision makers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
- Partner with global system integrators and alliances to expand market reach
- Develop strategic account plans, driving successful sales campaigns
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth contracting, billing, and customer success
What We’re Looking For
- 10–20 years selling enterprise software solutions, with a focus on Banking and Financial Services
- Proven success selling to large US banks, FIs, and credit unions
- Strong knowledge of banking processes (loan origination, account opening, trade finance)
- Experience with BPM, ECM, Case Management, low-code, or hyper-automation solutions
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to “speak the language” of financial decision makers
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles
