American National is hiring a Customer Service Representative II to support our Annuity Services team in League City, Texas.
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls, process payments, and update account details with accuracy and care
Provide clear, compliant information to authorized parties
Manage applications, payment plans, and policy reinstatements
Use multiple systems to resolve inquiries and support special projects
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience (insurance, banking, finance, retail, food service preferred)
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Comfortable navigating computer systems and Microsoft Office
