Answer incoming calls, process payments, and update account details with accuracy and care Provide clear, compliant information to authorized parties Manage applications, payment plans, and policy reinstatements Use multiple systems to resolve inquiries and support special projects Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience (insurance, banking, finance, retail, food service preferred) Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Comfortable navigating computer systems and Microsoft Office Why American National?

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
