Responsibilities

Manage marketing campaigns and online presence of assigned properties, ensuring websites, Google Business Profiles, and ILS listings (Apartments.com, Zillow, Apartment List) are accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly Oversee online reputation by monitoring and responding professionally to resident reviews via public-facing marketing channels Maintain and update platforms like AppFolio with current pricing, specials, availability, and media Coordinate photography, videography, and virtual tours, including scheduling vendors, capturing supplemental media, and organizing photo libraries for marketing use Develop content for social media (Facebook, Instagram) and support corporate presence on LinkedIn, including creation, scheduling, and engagement Design marketing materials, signage, and collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards Conceptualize new creative campaigns and event branding, as well as execute existing templates Partner with Leasing and Asset Management teams to ensure accurate pricing, specials, and availability across platforms Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 1–3 years of marketing experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and digital content creation tools Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create brand-consistent content Ability to manage multiple projects and properties with strong organizational and time-management skills Proactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to work independently and bring forward new ideas Preferred

Experience in multifamily real estate, property management, or related housing industry Familiarity with property management systems (AppFolio, Yardi, Entrata) Benefits
