We are looking for a results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead brand-building initiatives, strengthen personal and company branding, and drive growth through strategic social media and digital marketing efforts. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand-building strategies to enhance company and leadership personal brand presence.

Plan, manage, and optimize social media marketing across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).

Create and oversee content strategies aligned with brand voice and business goals.

Drive growth initiatives through performance marketing, experimentation, and data-driven campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and brand guidelines.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in growth and digital marketing.

Qualifications

Proven experience of 3-5 years in

Brand Building and Marketing Strategy.

Strong understanding of

Personal Branding

(executive/founder branding preferred).

Hands-on experience with

Social Media Marketing and Content Strategy.

Experience as a

Growth Marketer , including experimentation, funnels, and performance optimization.

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools.
