The Employer Brand Specialist supports the execution of GE HealthCare’s global employer brand and talent attraction efforts by creating, managing, and optimizing content and campaigns that bring our Colleague Value Proposition (CVP) to life.

This role is a part of the Global TA Team and reports to the Employment Brand manager. This work sits at the intersection of marketing, advertising, recruiting, brand reputation, and culture. The Specialist will help translate our employer brand strategy into day-to-day execution across content, social channels, paid media support, reporting, and brand governance.
This is an early-career role designed for a passionate, creative and detail-oriented individual with strong interest in marketing, communications, and storytelling, and a desire to learn how brand and talent strategy connect inside a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Brand Content & Execution
Support the creation of employer brand content, including basic graphic design, copywriting, and light video editing.
Assist with drafting and updating content for social posts, email communications, internal toolkits, and campaign assets
Help quality-check (QA) employer brand content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance before publication
Social & Community Management
Support day-to-day management of employer brand social content, including scheduling, publishing, and basic community engagement
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement trends, escalating questions or issues as needed
Help maintain a consistent and professional employer brand presence across platforms
Paid Media Support
Assist with paid media campaign setup and execution, including asset coordination, tracking links, and creative QA
Help document learnings and insights from campaigns to inform future optimization
Reporting & Insights
Support reporting on employer brand initiatives, campaigns, and content performance
Help track key metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, and content performance trends
Contribute to dashboards, summaries, and recaps used by Talent Acquisition and Employer Brand stakeholders
Templates, Tools & Governance
Support the creation and maintenance of employer brand templates to enable scalable, on-brand execution
Assist with organizing and maintaining employer brand assets and toolkits
Help ensure content follows brand governance, compliance, and approval processes
Career Site & Digital Support
Assist with ongoing updates and enhancements to the careers site, including content refreshes and campaign support
Help coordinate content updates tied to campaigns, awards, or key talent initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, communications, or digital media.
Proven teamwork and collaboration
Proven attention to detail
We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $61,600.00-$92,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
