Director of Quality and Accreditation

to lead and elevate our quality management systems and regulatory compliance efforts across all programs. This key leadership position will champion continuous improvement, uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence, and ensure readiness for accreditation reviews. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in

healthcare quality frameworks, performance measurement, and accreditation standards (such as The Joint Commission) , and will partner closely with clinical and operational teams to reinforce a culture of excellence and accountability. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of care at Cedar Crest as we continue to expand innovative services and strengthen our impact on the communities we serve. PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Director of Quality and Accreditation is responsible for ensuring patient safety and superior quality of care as measured by survey readiness, treatment program fidelity, and compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and accreditation standards.
