Manage a book of Employee Benefits clients, including both fully insured and self-funded groups. Serve as the main contact for day-to-day service, renewals, and carrier coordination. Partner with producers on client strategy, renewals, and retention goals. Oversee plan implementation, claims support, and compliance needs. What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in an agency account management role. Strong understanding of self-insured benefits programs. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. What You’ll Get
