Looking to hire a Senior HRBP in Boston, MA. As the Senior HRBP, you will be responsible for providing human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit. You will use knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations, to provide tactical HR support to line managers. You will consult with business unit management in the strategic planning process and development of human resources strategies that support the unit's business needs. Acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary. Responsibilities

Previous experience working with represented populations and multiple bargaining agreements. Preferred Skills
SPHR certification. Master\'s degree. Previous experience in a Hospital setting.
