Responsibilities:
- Assist with budgeting and cost modeling during early design phases
- Coordinate subcontractor pricing and scope coverage
- Participate in value engineering and cost control discussions
- Support buyout and handoff to project management
- Work closely with operations and leadership throughout preconstruction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in preconstruction or estimating within commercial construction
- Exposure to conceptual estimating, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail xhqgsiq and time management skills
