Responsibilities
Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Document all customer interactions clearly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Reliable and detail-oriented
Proficient in basic computer skills

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours
