Responsibilities

Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards

Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention

Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales

Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team

Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team

Superb customer service and communication skills

Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions

Brokers' license or ability to obtain one

Sales experience

Compensation $160,000 per year

Note: First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+; Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
