Fine Dining Server (Food Services)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcomes and greets guests. Makes all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you are personally there to take care of them.
Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
Answer questions about out food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point of sale system.
Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required.
Maintain clean service areas.
Monitor and observe.
Assists others when necessary.
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with managerial staff, co-workers, guests, and the general public.
Works well alone or within a team.
Remains up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all Food and Beverage outlets.
May perform duties in all food and beverage areas at the direction of the Food and Beverage Supervisor or above.
Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends.
