POSITION OVERVIEW:
Blueprint Property Management is seeking a highly motivated, proactive and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential portfolio. RESPONSBILITIES:
Provide excellent communication with property owners Oversee maintenance, leasing and rent collection Manage and communicate owner reporting and financials Achieve internal KPIs relating to the portfolio Assist the team in effectively managing all operations relating to the portfolio REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree Preferred Real Estate License in the State of Alabama (
required
