Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sacramento, CA. This role will engage in building and nurturing client relationships, develop personalized financial plans, and provide ongoing financial advice. Daily tasks will include learning and mastering financial planning tools, lead generation through networking and prospecting, and collaborating with team members to enhance client experience. The role requires a high level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to learning and growth in the financial advisory field.
Qualifications
4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience
History of success in sales, athletics, military, client services, or client-facing roles
Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Sales and client management experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Passion for helping clients achieve financial security
Compensation and Benefits
Sales commissions and renewal revenues
Monthly KPI bonuses up to $22,000 in first 6 months
New-client and client-retention bonuses
