Role and Approach You can be part of a team that helps

proactively guide members of the Indian community, particularly when dealing with blended property, inheritance, and family dynamics

in both India and the U.S. You can be a thinking partner to help these professionals and families look at their finances holistically and help quarterback their financial decisions. You will help them get organized, make the most of their finances, and make it easy for them to focus on what they love most in their lives.

Training and Qualities We will train you

as a financial advisor and help you gain the practice development skills needed. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside experienced advisors so that you can be confident that the financial help you provide is the correct advice. In addition to sales and marketing aptitude, the ideal candidate to join our team should be community-minded, have a competitive spirit, tenacious self-discipline, and be of outstanding character, pride, and integrity.

Compensation and Benefits

Sales commissions and renewal revenues

Monthly KPI bonuses up to $22,000 in first 6 months
