Position Overview
As our Fire Sprinkler Designer, you'll develop and coordinate comprehensive sprinkler system designs, collaborating directly with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to ensure excellence and compliance in every project.
Responsibilities
Design detailed fire sprinkler systems for commercial and industrial projects.
Prepare accurate shop drawings, hydraulic calculations, and material submittals.
Coordinate with project teams, AHJs, and clients to meet code and project requirements.
Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
Provide technical support to installation and field teams.
Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of designs.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience with at least 3 years designing commercial fire sprinkler systems.
Proficiency with AutoSPRINK or HydraCAD.
Extensive knowledge of NFPA codes, local AHJ requirements, and industry standards.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
