Banesco USA is seeking a
SBA Loan Collateral Specialist
for our SBA Operations Business Unit.
Responsibilities
Timely and accurate completion of all insurance related items.
Verify notifications are sent to customers, coverage is adequate, and CORE system is updated.
Insurance related maintenance and collateral support.
Responsible for completing the annual training program assigned.
Performs other functions and/or duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of technical experience in loan operations.
Ability to communicate effectively with all internal business partners and external customers.
Strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to perform independently in setting objectives and determining how to proceed.
Must be detail-oriented, and able to multi-task handling several different tasks and issues at the same time.
Intermediate understanding of commercial loan structures.
Ability to research moderately complex issues.
Working knowledge of federal and state compliance laws and regulations including a proven ability to apply these requirements to business practices and systems.
Environmental/physical demands: standard office environment; team members must be able to operate standard office equipment such as PC, printer, fax/copier, and telephone.
