Overview

Goldman Properties & Global Arts is hiring an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead growth across our digital platforms (WWW, WWS, GGA Gallery). This is a mid-level management role with full ownership of e-commerce performance, not an entry-level role. You will drive sales, merchandising, and promotions while working cross-functionally to optimize results and support product, marketing, and customer success. Candidates Must Have

Proven experience managing a live e-commerce platform with responsibility for sales performance and performance metrics. Direct experience executing digital marketing and promotional campaigns. Experience with product merchandising, content management, and assortment strategy. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans. Experience working cross-functionally with operations, fulfillment, and marketing teams. Candidates without direct e-commerce management experience will not be considered. Benefits

$65k-$70k Salary, Based on Experience Essential Functions

Own and drive overall sales performance for the e-commerce platform. Develop and execute digital marketing and promotional strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and revenue. Analyze customer shopping behavior and market trends to inform assortment selection and identify product gaps. Provide regular reporting and insights on key metrics, including sales by department, new product sell-through, and promotional performance. Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly resolving inquiries and issues. Collaborate with the Wynwood Walls Shop team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and operational efficiency. Conduct monthly operational reviews on customer support issues, performance metrics, and competitive pricing/promotional analysis. Manage e-commerce content, including product listings, imagery, and editorial content. Strategically curate featured products, categories, and brands to drive engagement and sales. Partner with Product Development to align product strategy with customer demand and business goals. Lead SEO optimization efforts to improve organic visibility and search performance. Oversee management of product reviews, blog content, and overall online reputation. Oversee third-party commerce integrations to enhance traffic, conversion, and customer retention. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth integration performance and ROI. Provide strategic and operational input into product development and budget planning. Manage budgets for assigned areas and ensure performance targets are met within financial goals. Requirements

Experience: 3–6 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in retail, art, or consumer brands. Proven success driving sales growth through digital marketing, promotions, and assortment strategy. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Google Ads / Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush Project Audit, and PageFly or a similar tool). Demonstrated experience with SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization. Comfortable managing product content, merchandising, and catalog strategy. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Passion for art, culture, and design is a strong plus.
