
Position Title
Business Development Representative
Job Requirements
Identify and develop partnerships with product development companies through research and the execution of the company’s proven methodologies.
Execute daily outreach activities, including warm and cold calling, targeted emailing, and other sales tactics to secure initial meetings and establish value with potential clients.
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to position the company as a trusted partner for their staffing and technical project needs.
Gather detailed client needs and manage the internal coordination necessary for effective service fulfillment.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including preparing, negotiating, and executing contracts and service agreements.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date client and prospect information using our CRM tool to drive efficiency and effective pipeline reporting.
Perform general administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the sales team.
Job Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
1 year of proven success with inside and/or outside sales in any industry, with a track record of consistent sales growth and new account acquisition.
Exception drive and tenacity with a demonstrated ability to aggressively pursue and secure new client partnerships.
A strong interest in technology or prior experience in technical sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or technical staffing is a significant plus.
Direct Hire Location Bellevue, WA - Hybrid
Salary $60K-$70K annualized compensation (based on experience) + commission/other incentives.
